Andrew learned bridge as a teenager and played for many years in Adelaide and England before joining the Club in 1988.
He has served on the Committee in various roles for many years, including 5 terms as Club President and several as Secretary. Andrew has been a go to person for scoring and masterpoints as they have become computerized. Other contributions include Zone Representative, monthly Club Newsletters, Teaching, Directing Congresses and close involvement with the organization of Cairns' Barrier Reef Congresses.
Andrew has designed and maintained the Club's web site since 1997.
Andrew has represented the Club and North Queensland Zone many times, in congresses and in State and National tournaments.
